Our finely tailored mental and physical workshops intend to provide just that at SoHappy Academy.
We made our first steps back in 2016 and have refined our concept until our opening in November 2018.
Our overall aim is to encourage greater self-awareness and empower our audience to move forward more positively in everyday routines as well as major turning points.
